Two Turtle Doves
Ingredients:
½ oz white crème de cacao
½ oz amaretto
1 oz caramel liqueur
Cold foam (to top)
Cocoa powder (for garnish)
Ice
Directions:
Mix the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the crème de cacao, amaretto, caramel liqueur, and ice.
Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill and blend the flavors.
Strain and Serve:
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Finish with Foam:
Top the drink with a generous layer of cold foam.
Garnish:
Lightly sprinkle cocoa powder over the foam for a touch of elegance.
