Three French Hens


A twist on the classic french 75, this cocktail is fruity and bubbly!


Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz Chambord
  • Prosecco (to top)
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Mix the Base:

    • In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, Chambord, and ice.
    • Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill and blend the flavors.
  2. Strain and Serve:

    • Strain the mixture into a chilled flute glass.
  3. Top with Bubbles:

    • Fill the rest of the glass with prosecco for a refreshing fizz.
  4. Garnish (Optional):

    • Add a fresh raspberry or a twist of lemon for a decorative touch.
