Taco Dip
Ingredients:
2lbs ground beef
4 tbsp taco seasoning, divided
½ cup water
250gr - 1 pkg cream cheese
500ml sour cream
3 medium avocados
Salt to taste
Half of lime, juiced
1 cup salsa
1 tomato, diced
Iceberg lettuce, diced
Shredded cheese
4 Green onions, diced
Tortilla chips
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, cook ground beef, when cooked, drain off excess fat and put back into the pan.
2. Add in 2 tbsp of taco seasoning and water. Stir together and cook until beef is infused with seasonings. When done, set aside too cool.
3. In a bowl add in cream cheese and sour cream. Using a hand mixer, beat until combined and there are no lumps, add in remaining 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix until well combined.
4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in a square 8x8 baking dish.
5. In a bowl mash up avocados, lime juice and salt. Mash together until smooth, if you don’t want it completely smooth then leave some chunks of avocado. When done, spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
6. Spread salsa on top of avocado, then ground beef, diced tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, cheese, green onion.
7. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
8. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
