Chili Lime Prawns


For the ultimate prawn lover is this quick and flavourful dish, pair with your favourite rice!


Ingredients:

  • 400gr Tiger Prawns
  • 1gr kaffir lime leaves
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce 
  • 25gr onion, diced
  • 5 gr garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lime juice 
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. In a pan saute onion and garlic for a few minutes, deglaze with lime juice, then add in shrimp.
2. Add in sweet chili sauce, coconut milk and lime leaves.
3. Simmer until prawns are cooked and sauce is thickened.
4. Season with salt and pepper.  
5. Adjust seasonings if too spicy add in more coconut milk and lime juice.
