Prosciutto Peach Baked Brie


Enjoy this warm, gooey brie with the sweet peaches, salty prosciutto, and a kick of hot honey it’s the perfect balance of flavours, enjoy with lightly toasted baguette!


Ingredients

  • 60g frozen peaches, diced

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2-3 slices prosciutto

  • 170g brie wheel

  • Hot honey, for drizzling

  • Baguette, sliced

  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Directions

  1. Crisp the Prosciutto:

    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Place the prosciutto slices on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy, then set aside.

  2. Caramelize the Peaches:

    • In a small pan over medium heat, add honey and diced peaches.

    • Stir continuously until the peaches are caramelized and soft, then remove from heat.

  3. Bake the Brie:

    • Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).

    • Score the top of the brie and place it in a brie baker or oven-safe dish.

    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is melted and gooey.

  4. Toast the Baguette:

    • Arrange the baguette slices on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, until lightly golden.

  5. Assemble:

    • Once the brie is baked, top it with the caramelized peaches and crumble the crispy prosciutto over the top.

    • Drizzle generously with hot honey.

  6. Serve:

    • Serve immediately with the toasted baguette slices.
