Prosciutto Peach Baked Brie
Ingredients
60g frozen peaches, diced
2 tbsp honey
2-3 slices prosciutto
170g brie wheel
Hot honey, for drizzling
Baguette, sliced
Olive oil, for drizzling
Directions
Crisp the Prosciutto:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the prosciutto slices on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy, then set aside.
Caramelize the Peaches:
In a small pan over medium heat, add honey and diced peaches.
Stir continuously until the peaches are caramelized and soft, then remove from heat.
Bake the Brie:
Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
Score the top of the brie and place it in a brie baker or oven-safe dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is melted and gooey.
Toast the Baguette:
Arrange the baguette slices on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, until lightly golden.
Assemble:
Once the brie is baked, top it with the caramelized peaches and crumble the crispy prosciutto over the top.
Drizzle generously with hot honey.
Serve:
Serve immediately with the toasted baguette slices.
