Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups italian parsley, rough chopped
75 milliliters olive oil
45 milliliters lemon juice
1 ½ tbsps chopped garlic
4 tbsps chopped shallots
30 milliliters red wine vinegar
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Mix parsley, shallots and garlic in a food processor, blending well.
2. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
