Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh Italian parsley, roughly chopped
75 ml olive oil
45 ml lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp garlic, chopped
4 tbsp shallots, chopped
30 ml red wine vinegar
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
Blend the Base: In a food processor, combine the parsley, shallots, and garlic. Pulse until well blended.
Add Remaining Ingredients: Pour in the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend again until smooth and fully combined.
Taste & Adjust: Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if needed—add more salt, pepper, or chili flakes for extra kick if desired.
