Chimichurri Sauce



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups italian parsley, rough chopped 
  • 75 milliliters olive oil  
  • 45 milliliters lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsps chopped garlic 
  • 4 tbsps chopped shallots 
  • 30 milliliters red wine vinegar
  •  ½ tsp chili flakes 
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp pepper

Directions:

   1. Mix parsley, shallots and garlic in a food processor, blending well.
   2. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
