Apple Cider Mimosa
Ingredients:
3 oz apple cider
5 oz prosecco (chilled)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
In another small bowl, pour some water.
Dip the rim of your champagne flute in the water, then coat it with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Pour the apple cider into the prepared glass, followed by the prosecco.
Stir gently and enjoy your fizzy, spiced drink!
