Roasted Grape Baked Brie
Ingredients:
200g wheel of brie
180g red grapes
1 baguette, sliced
Olive oil
Salt
Instructions:
Roast the Grapes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the grapes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
Roast for 20-30 minutes, or until the grapes are soft and slightly caramelized. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Prepare the Brie
Lower the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern and place it in a brie baker or small ovenproof dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.
Toast the Baguette
While the brie bakes, drizzle baguette slices with olive oil toast in the oven or on a grill until lightly golden.
Assemble and Serve
Remove the brie from the oven and top with the roasted grapes.
Serve immediately with the toasted baguette slices and a side of chili jam for a sweet and spicy kick.
