Roasted Grape Baked Brie

This baked brie is topped with juicy roasted grapes that burst with natural sweetness. Generously drizzle our signature chili jam over top, and it becomes the perfect harmony of heat and sweet paired with some toast baguette or crackers!

Ingredients:

  • 200g wheel of brie

  • 180g red grapes

  • 1 baguette, sliced

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Chili jam

Instructions:

  1. Roast the Grapes

    • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the grapes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.

    • Roast for 20-30 minutes, or until the grapes are soft and slightly caramelized. Remove from the oven and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Brie

    • Lower the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern and place it in a brie baker or small ovenproof dish.

    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.

  3. Toast the Baguette

    • While the brie bakes, drizzle baguette slices with olive oil toast in the oven or on a grill until lightly golden.

  4. Assemble and Serve

    • Remove the brie from the oven and top with the roasted grapes.

    • Serve immediately with the toasted baguette slices and a side of chili jam for a sweet and spicy kick.
