Dill Potatoes
Simple Potato recipe with fresh dill!
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs baby potatoes
½ cup sour cream
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Boil the Potatoes: Place the baby potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Boil until the potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain well.
Mash & Mix: Return the drained potatoes to the pot. Add sour cream, butter, fresh dill, salt, and cracked black pepper.
Stir & Coat: Gently stir the potatoes until they’re well coated with the creamy mixture.
Garnish & Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill. Serve warm and enjoy!
