Dill Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs baby potatoes
½ cup sour cream
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
Kosher salt
Cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. In a pot boil potatoes with a little salt until tender
2. Drain potatoes and return to the pot
3. Add the sour cream, butter, dill and salt and pepper
4. Stir until the potatoes are well coated
5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill
