Dill Potatoes


Simple Potato recipe with fresh dill!


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil the Potatoes: Place the baby potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Boil until the potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain well.

  2. Mash & Mix: Return the drained potatoes to the pot. Add sour cream, butter, fresh dill, salt, and cracked black pepper.

  3. Stir & Coat: Gently stir the potatoes until they’re well coated with the creamy mixture.

  4. Garnish & Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill. Serve warm and enjoy!
