Rosada Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz tequila
1 lime, juiced
4 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz rosemary simple syrup (see recipe below)
Ice
Salt
Rosemary Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
4-6 sprigs of rosemary
In a pot add all ingredients, bring to boil and let simmer until all sugar is dissolved and rosemary flavour is immersed in,
Directions:
1. Rim your glass with salt and fill with ice.
2. In your shaker add ice, tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, rosemary simple syrup shake to combine.
3. Strain into your glasses, garnish with lime wedge & rosemary. Enjoy!
