Hugo Spritz

A refreshing spritz with elderflower & mint!

Ingredients:

• White wine

• Soda water

• ½ oz elderflower syrup

• 1 lime

• Mint leaves

• Ice
  
  

Directions:

1. In a wine glass fill ½ way with ice, add elderflower syrup to the glass.
2. Then add in ½ wine and ½ soda water.  Squeeze half a lime and stir.
3. Garnish with lime slices and mint.
