Ingredients:
4 cups oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
½ cup white corn syrup
1 cup chocolate chips
¾ cup peanut butter
1 ⅓ cups salted peanuts
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Mix until well combined.
Press the oat mixture evenly into a greased 9x9-inch pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown.
While the crust is baking, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a pot over medium heat. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
Stir in the salted peanuts to the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the baked oat crust, spreading it evenly.
Optional: Top with extra salted peanuts for added crunch and flavor.
Let the bars cool completely before cutting them into squares and serving.
