Mini Egg Krispie Nests

Combining our two favourite things gooey Rice Krispie treats with mini eggs!

Ingredients:

• ½ cup butter 

• 400gr mini marshmallows 

• ½ tsp vanilla 

• 6 cups rice krispies

• 130gr crushed mini egg 

• Mini eggs whole for on top 

Directions:

1. In a pot on medium heat melt butter 
2. Add marshmallows, continue stirring until melted and then take off the heat.
3. Add in vanilla and rice krispies, stir everything together until the rice krispies are coated. 
4. Stir in the crushed mini eggs
5. On a parchment lined baking sheet scoop out the desired size of nests you want.
6. Press the mini eggs into the center of each nest, allow to set for about 1 hour.
