Pomegranate Rum Punch


This refreshing punch combines the warmth of cinnamon with the tartness of pomegranate and citrus, perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 710 ml pomegranate juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 2 oz cinnamon syrup (see recipe below)
  • Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)
  • Orange slices (for garnish)

Cinnamon Syrup:

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 5-6 pieces of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Make the Cinnamon Syrup:

    • In a small pot, combine sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks.
    • Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the sugar has fully dissolved.
    • Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool.
  2. Prepare the Punch:

    • In a large pitcher, combine dark rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, orange juice, and cinnamon syrup. Stir well to mix.
  3. Serve:

    • Fill tall glasses with ice, then pour the punch mixture over the ice.
    • Garnish with pomegranate seeds and orange slices.
    • Stir with a straw and enjoy!
