Horchata Colada



Ingredients:

  • 1 oz horchata

  • 1 oz rum

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • 2 oz coconut cream

  • Soda water, to top

  • Toasted coconut, for garnish

  • Pineapple, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Shake the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the horchata, rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream. Shake for about 10 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

  2. Pour & Top: Strain the mixture into a glass and top with a splash of soda water to add a refreshing fizz.

  3. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a wedge of pineapple. Serve immediately and enjoy!
