Horchata Colada
Ingredients:
1 oz horchata
1 oz rum
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz coconut cream
Soda water, to top
Toasted coconut, for garnish
Pineapple, for garnish
Directions:
Shake the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the horchata, rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream. Shake for about 10 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
Pour & Top: Strain the mixture into a glass and top with a splash of soda water to add a refreshing fizz.
Garnish & Serve: Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a wedge of pineapple. Serve immediately and enjoy!
