Ultimate amaretto sour recipe!

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz amaretto

• ½ oz whiskey

• 1 oz simple syrup

• Juice of half a lemon

• 1 egg white

• Ice

Directions:

1. Dry Shake: In a cocktail shaker, combine the amaretto, whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and mix the ingredients.

2. Add Ice & Shake Again: Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10 seconds to chill the mixture.

3. Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass and garnish with a lemon wedge or peel.
